摘要
医务人员工作满意度作为考核医院管理绩效的一项重要指标,日益受到管理人员与学者们的共同关注。由于研究的对象、目的和角度等的不同,研究者对工作满意度提出了不同的结论。对于工作满意度的定义,按研究的不同角度和目的可分为综合型定义、期望差距定义、参考框架定义。关于工作满意度的理论,主要有需要层次理论、双因素理论、公平理论、期望理论、工作特征理论。对于影响医务人员工作满意度的因素,基于不同的激励理论,得出的研究结论也各不相同。
Job satisfaction of medical worker is an important index to check hospital administration effect. At present, administrators and scholars are paying close attention to the job satisfaction increasingly. Because of the object, purpose and view of research is different, researchers have made some different conclusions of job satisfaction. According to different purpose and view of the research, the job satisfaction; definition has three types. They are overall satisfaction, expectation discrepancy and frame of reference. There are five theories about job satisfaction. They are Need Hierarchy Theory, Motivator - Hygiene Theory, Equity Theory, Expectancy Theory, and Job Characteristic Theory. On account of different motivation theories, there are different influencing factor of job satisfaction.
