摘要
目的比较阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效和作用。方法将100例符合CCMD-3诊断标准的精神分裂症病人随机分为阿立哌唑组和利培酮组分别进行治疗,疗程8周。采用阳性和阴性精神症状评定量表(PANSS)和临床总体印象量表(CGI-SI)评定临床疗效,副反应量表(TESS)评定副反应。结果治疗8周后的疗效近似(p>0.05);阿立哌唑组与利培酮组的显效率无显著性差异(p>0.05);阿立哌唑组的副反应发生率低于利培酮组,但无显著性差异(p>0.05)。结论阿立哌唑和利培酮均对精神分裂症的阳性及阴性症状效果较好,其疗效相当,不良反应较小。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and side effects of Aripiprazole and Risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia. Method 100 patients with schizophrenia meeting CCMD - 3 criteria were randomly divided into two groups treated with Aripiprazole or Risperidone for 8 weeks respectively. The efficacy was evaluated by PANSS and CGI -SI before and at the ends of 2,4,8 weeks in the treatment, adverse effects by TESS. Result The clinical efficacy in Aripiprazole group was similar to that in Risperidone, without significance（p 〉 0. 05 ）. Adverse effects in the Aripiprazole group was fewer than that in the Risperidone group, but it was not significant （p 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Aripiprazole and Risperidone have similar efficacy in the treatment of schizophrenia.
