基于培训迁移理论的汽车4S专营店岗位培训模型探讨

摘要 汽车4S专营店在我国的汽车销售中的地位日益重要,但是目前4S专营店很难实现汽车生产厂家的统一要求。文章引入培训迁移理论进行分析,通过个人动机、组织学习氛围、培训迁移气氛三个方面来构建4S专营店的岗位培训模型,促进员工将从培训中学到的知识、技能迁移到实际工作中,实现厂家对专营店的有效统一管理,提高个人、专营店以及厂家三方绩效。
