我国牧草种质库生活力监测和更新繁殖标准的探讨 被引量:10

Viability monitoring and regeneration of seeds in the forage genebank of China

摘要 为保证种质资源的安全贮存,必须适时监测、及时更新。从监测间期,监测方式和监测方法3个方面详细地阐述了牧草种质库种子生活力监测技术;从种质更新繁殖的发芽率标准和数量标准两个方面阐述了种质的更新繁殖标准。最后,提出我国牧草种质库在这两方面存在的问题及建议。 It is essential to monitor and regenerate the preserved forage germplasm of China in order to assure safety preservation. Monitoring interphase,manners and methods were discussed in terms of techniques on viability monitoring. Standard on viability and quantity of regeneration were discussed as well. Existing problems were analysed and the related suggestions were provided.
