关于高校档案工作发展的探讨

On the Development of University Filing Work

针对高校档案工作的现状,指出了存在的不足,提出了发展高校院校档案工作的主要措施:学校领导要高度重视,工作要勇于创新,人员素质要全面提高,加快高校档案工作的现代化建设。

On the basis of the investigation of the present situation of the filing work in universities, the existing problems have been discussed in this paper. Then the main measures have been put forward in the development of the university filing work. First, university officials should attach great importance to the work. Second, constant innovations should be made in the work. Third, the comprehensive quality.of the filing personnel should be improved, and finally, the modernization of the work should be quickened.
