摘要
以两个荸荠品种(四塘荸荠和郴州荸荠)的试管苗为试验材料,进行不同因素对试管苗结球茎的试验。结果表明:(1)不同蔗糖浓度对荸荠试管结球茎有显著影响,当蔗糖浓度为60 g/L时,两个品种的结球茎个数和平均鲜重都达到了最大值;(2)6-BA对荸荠试管结球茎的效果明显,其最佳浓度为3 m g/L;(3)温度对荸荠试管结球茎也有重要影响,日夜温差大对试管结球茎效果好。
Asepsis seeding materials of two Eleocharis tuberosa varieties were used to study the effeets of different factor on bulbs growth of Eleocharis tuberosa in vitro . The results showed : (1) Different sucrose concentration had the remarkable influence on Eleocharis tuberosa producing bulbs in vitro, which number of knots and average fresh weight were max when sucrose concentration was 60 g/L. (2) 6-BA played a prominent effect for Eleocharis tuberosa to produce bulbs in vitro, its best concentration was 3 mg/L. (3) Temperature was also an important factor to produce bulbs of Eleocharis tuberosa in vitro, the effect was better as the temperature difference of day and night increasing.
