摘要
群体感应是细菌群体之间的信号交流,是指细菌根据细胞密度来调节多个目标基因的转录。信息交流是通过小的、可扩散的信号分子(自我诱导物)来完成。文章阐述自我诱导物的结构与合成,并讨论几种革兰氏阴性细菌的群体感应模式、生理特性及其调控机制。
Quorum sensing is mediated through a production of diffusible signal molecules termed autoinducer, which enable bacteria to regulate the transcription of multiple target genes in concerted with cell density. In this article, the structure and synthesis of autoinducer are presented. Several Gram-negative bacterial how to regulate their physiological activity through quorum-sensing will be discussed.
