几种褐藻中褐藻多糖硫酸酯的分离及分析

ISOLATION AND ANALYSIS OF FUCOIDANS FROM VARIOUS BROWN ALGAE

分别从 3种马尾藻及 3份不同产地的海带中提取出褐藻多糖硫酸酯 ,并比较了它们的得率和化学组分。得率最高的是大连产海带 ,为 5 .5 %。3份海带褐藻多糖硫酸酯的化学组分基本一致 ,它们的中性糖都由岩藻糖和半乳糖组成 ,红外光谱分析显示青岛和福建海带褐藻多糖硫酸酯中硫酸根主要连接于岩藻糖C4位 ,而大连产海带样品中硫酸根主要连接于糖的 C2或 C3位。马尾藻褐藻多糖硫酸酯组成都很复杂 ,硫酸根含量都比较低。

The yield and chemical components of fucoidans from three Sargassum species and three types of Laminaria japonica grown in different places were investigated. The highest yield was obtained from L.japonica grown in Dalian. Fucoidans from three types of L. japonica had similar components, but sulfate groups were attached to different positions of the fucose residues in them. Fucoidans from Sargassum had complex components and low sulfate content.
