《中华人民共和国物权法》（以下简称《物权法》）已经第十届全国人民代表大会第五次会议讨论通过，成为正式的法律，这标志着中国民法典的建设完成了最为关键的部分，也标志着中国社会主义市场经济法律体系建设已经构建了核心部分。《物权法》记录了中国经济体制改革的胜利成果，保障中国沿着改革开放道路继续大踏步前进。因此，这是一部极为重要的法律，对中国的法治建设具有极为重要的意义。
At its fifth session in Beijing on March 16, 2007, the 10^th National People＇s Congress （NPC） - China＇s national legislature - enacted the Property Law of the People＇s Republic of China （hereinafter referred to as ＂the Property Law＂）, enabling it to become a formal national law. The enactment of the Property Law not only signifies the completion of development of the most essential part of China＇s civil code, but also means the completion of development of the core of China＇s legal system on the construction of a socialist market economy in the country. In reality, the Property Law is a record of China＇s great achievements in economic restructuring and opening up. It provides guarantee for China＇s rapid development along the path of reform and opening up. Therefore, the Property Law is an extremely important law, which is of extremely great significance to the development of the rule of law in China.
