摘要
联合国的成立为国际人权法的发展带来重大突破，人权保障成为国际准则的一部分。几十年来，为了贯彻《联合国宪章》保护和促进人权的宗旨，联合国有关机构做了许多努力，起草并通过了一系列关于人权的公约、宣言和决议，对维护人权和基本自由起了重要作用，为维护世界和平与正义、促进国际合作与发展作出了积极贡献。
（Ⅰ） Efforts of the international community for human rights protection, promotion by the international community of human rights development in China：
The establishment of the United Nations after World War Ⅱ brought about a major breakthrough in the development of international human rights law, and human rights protection has since become part of the international standards. Over the past few decades, in implementing the purpose of the United Nations Charter for protecting and promoting human rights, the relevant bodies of the United Nations have made a great deal of efforts, drafting and adopting a series of conventions, declarations and resolutions on human rights; playing an important role in safeguarding human rights and basic freedom; and making positive contributions to maintaining world peace and justice and promoting international cooperation and development.
