摘要
目的应用振型分解反应谱法及弹塑性动力时程分析方法评价底层大开间框剪封底砌块组合墙房屋的抗震性能以及在地震区的应用可能性.方法以试设计的七度区6层房屋为例,采用分离化处理各抗侧单元的简化串并联动力分析模型,应用基于规范的振型分解反应谱法和以地震动记录作为输入的弹塑性动力时程分析方法进行结构的抗震计算,分析结构的薄弱楼层和变形集中问题,在概率统计的基础上分析结构的抗震性能,失效概率和可靠指标.结果过渡楼层为相对薄弱的楼层,强震下未见明显薄弱的楼层和变形集中问题,房屋结构具备良好的抗震性能和合适的抗震可靠指标.结论在七度区建造该类6层房屋是可行的.
The paper attempts to evaluate the seismic performance of bottom-sealed block composite masonry buildings supported by frame/shear-wall structure with large spacing in the first storey and discuss the possibility of using them in seismic regions with intensity 7 of Chinese intensity scale. Based on the simplified series-parallel lumped model, with separate treatment of the different earthquake resistant elements as independent analysis elements, the code-based mode decomposition response spectrum method and inelastic timehistory analysis by earthquake wave records are used. Statistical response data of a trail designed 6 story building are adopted for the discussions of the seismic performance, weak stories and displacement concentration problems. Failure probability and reliability index are estimated under the theory of seismic reliability. The transient story is a little weaker than others, but no obvious weak story or displacement concentration is found, however, under severe earthquake excitations. Favorable seismic performance and appropriate reliability index are discovered for the buildings. It is feasible to build similar 6-storey buildings in seismic region with intensity 7 of Chinese intensity scale.
