矿石质量控制是露天矿生产的一个重要方面,是露天矿提高经济效益的有效途径.本文讨论了通过计算机控制卡车调度来实现露天矿矿石质量控制的方法,建立了实现矿石质量控制的调度模型,包括剥采计划的质量控制模型,多目标综合优化的车流规划模型,实时调度控制模型等,并以实际矿山为例,进行了应用研究分析.
Ore quality control is an important aspect of surface mine operation, and is also the effective way to improve the mining profit. This paper discusses the method of ore quality control in surface mine by means of computer controlled truck dispatching system. The dispatching model of ore quality control, including the mining plan quality conrtol model, the multi-objective complex optimal model, and the realtime dispatching model.
