摘要
建立了某喷油器流场的三维模型,利用数值计算对整个区域的流场进行了计算。通过改变喷油孔入口过渡半径,发现在全升程高负荷下,存在一个最佳的过渡半径值,使得压力室容积不明显增加的条件下,流量系数有较大的提高。并利用二维气穴模型进行了计算,发现在该过渡半径下,气穴现象不明显。
A 3-D model is founded to simulate the fluid field in an injector. Simulation is used to compute the fluid characteristics under different rounding radius values at the inlet orifice. The results indicated that only one radius value conduces to a remarkable increase in discharge coefficient, and pressure chamber volume increases a little. A 2-D cavitation model is used and the result showed that the cavitation effect is not obvious.
