摘要
内容湖北省宜昌地区南漳县红星磷矿为典型的中低品位沉积磷块岩,选矿厂设计处理能力为500t/d原矿,生产工艺为常温反浮选回收磷矿物。采用中化地质矿山总局地质研究院研制生产的K-01新型捕收剂,以硫酸替代磷酸作为抑制剂,可以低成本工业化生产出磷精矿。
Hongxing phosphorus deposit locates in Nanzhang country, Yichang district, Hubei province. The deposit is a typical medium-low grade sedimentary phosphorite deposit. Planed handling capacity of its ore-dressing plant is 500 ton raw ore per day. Process technique is anti-floatation in normal temperature. The new promoter-K-01 is produced by Research Institute of Geology, China Chemical Geology and Mines General Bureau, depressant of which is sulfuric acid rather than phosphoric acid. Using K-01 promoter, it could produce headings by industrialization at low cost.
