摘要 对现蕾期烟株施用不同的化学物质,并测定成熟烟叶的烟碱含量,发现叶面喷施50μM-αNAA、3μMGA3、1.25 mM乙烯利、1 mM CuSO4、1 mM ZnSO4以及根部浇灌100μM-αNAA可以显著降低腰叶和上二棚烟叶的烟碱含量;通过测定上述处理烤后烟叶的化学成分,以叶面喷施50μM-αNAA的处理化学成分符合优质烟叶的要求,烟叶可用性最高。 Different chemicals were used on flue-curing tobacco at the bud stage and nicotine contents of mature leaf were tested. The result showed that spraying with 50 μM α-NAA, 3μM GA3, 1.25 mM ethephon, 1 mM CuSO4, 1 mM ZnSO4 or watering 100μM α-NAA on tobacco root could reduce nicotine contents in middle and upper leaves significantly. After analyzing the chemical contents of cured leaves of the 7 treatments above, It was found that chemical content of leaves of the treatment with 50 μM α-NAA on leaves met the high quality standard, and its usability was highest.
