摘要
采用FAO推荐的微量点滴法和药膜法分别测定了山西省忻州地区的马铃薯二十八星瓢虫幼虫和成虫的敏感性。结果表明,该地成虫和幼虫种群都对氯氟氰菊酯敏感性高,对马拉硫磷的敏感性却较低。成虫和幼虫对各种药剂的敏感性差异很大。成虫对氯氟氰菊酯的LC50值仅为0.706 3μg/mL,而对马拉硫磷的LC50值高达120.778 4μg/mL;幼虫对氯氟氰菊酯LD50值仅为0.25×10-3μg/头,而对马拉硫磷LD50值为100.82×10-3μg/头。
Susceptibility of Henosepilachna vigintioctomaculata (Motschulsky) adults and larvae,collected form Xinzhou district, Shanxi province, to five insecticides were determined by using microtitrimetry and vial residual method, The results showed that susceptibility of H. vigintioctomaculata adults and larvae to Cyhalothrin was high,and low to Malathion. Susceptibilities to insecticides between adults and larvae were significantly different.The LC50 of adults to Cyhalothrin was only 0. 7063 μg/mL, but to Malathion 120. 7784 μg/mL. The LDs0 of larvae to Cyhalothrin was only 0.25 × 10^-3 μg/individual, but to 100. 82 × 10^-3μg/individual Malathion.
