摘要
以生菜为载体,用浓度为1、2、4、8 mg/L的硒溶液对生菜进行叶面喷施。试验结果表明,叶面喷施硒溶液能提高生菜体内总硒、无机硒和有机硒的含量,喷施硒浓度与富硒量呈正相关,无机硒转化率随着喷施硒溶液浓度的增大而降低。喷施硒溶液能提高生菜叶绿素的含量,从而提高了生菜的产量;同时喷施硒溶液能提高生菜氨基酸、Vc的含量,改善了生菜的品质。
The paper is based on the pot experiment with lettuce, on whose foliage selenium solution at the doses of 1, 2, 4, 8 mg/kg is sprayed expectively. The results show that the content of organic selenium increases and there is a proportional correlation between the solution density and selenium content; the higher the solution density the lower the conversion ratio form inorganic selenium to organic selenium; the chlorophyll content is elevated, lettuce yield is raised; amino aid and Vc content increases and lettuce quality improves.
