摘要
以同步接毒和异步接毒培养鸡痘细胞苗,在其他条件相同前提下,发现同步接毒维持液的pH变化、细胞病变与异步接毒存在一定差异。为明确两种接毒法对病毒增殖效果的影响,本试验分别对维持液和病变细胞的毒价进行了监测。经过试验测得同步接毒法的细胞内含毒量明显高于异步接毒法。
In this experiment, we incubated fowl pox cell vaccine by synchronous and asynchronous inoculation. Under the premises of the same condition, we discovered the difference of pH change and cell pathological change between the synchronous and asynchronous inoculation. In order to Rnow the influence of the two inoculation, we monitored the titer detection of maintaining liquid and the pathological cell. Through the experiment, we found the titer detection of synchronous inoculation was much higher than the asynchronous inoculation.
