摘要
为使体育教师在全方位社会竞争中更准确地找到定位,本文以建构主义思想为指导,阐述了我国现阶段体育教师能力结构在新世纪的不适应,分析了当今社会教育主体的思想动态,认为建构主义教育思想下既不是“以学生为中心”,也不是“以教师为主导”,而应是“主导——主体相结合”,从而演绎推理出新世纪体育教师角色的重新定位:更新教育观念,拓展知识结构和智能结构,实现一专多能。
To readjust the orientation of the P. E. teachers and the relative staff in an all-round competition, the present article analyses the weakness and unfitness of the P. E. teachers in the 21century, as well as the students' attitudes to this subject. In terms of constructionalism, the teaching method should neither be student-oriented nor teacher-oriented, but a cooperation of the teacher and students (administer-subject), which redefines the function of P. E. teachers in the new era.
