基于两自由度内模电流控制的死区时间补偿

摘要 死区时间是影响交流调速低速性能的主要原因之一,本文提出一种两自由度电流控制补偿死区时间方案,并将其应用于矢量控制系统中。首先,将逆变器死区时间引起的误差电压看成扰动,在S域中建立逆变器模型和电机动态逆电流模型,然后通过幅值和相位裕度来设计两自由度控制器。仿真结果表明:本文所提出的两自由度控制器能对死区时间引起的误差电压进行补偿,进而消除了电流畸变。 Dead-time is one of main reasons for affecting the low speed performance. In this paper, a two-degree-of-freedom current control scheme is proposed for dead-time compensation and is applied to vector control system. At first, the error voltage caused by dead-time of inverter is regarded as disturbance, inverter model and dynamic inverse cur- rent model of motor are built in S domain, and then the two-degree-of- freedom controller are designed by amplitude and phase margin. Simulation results indicate that the proposed controller can compensate the error voltage caused by dead-time and then eliminate the current distortion.
