摘要
传统的TCP拥塞控制算法在高带宽时延积和无线链路上的性能严重下降。虽然许多新的拥塞控制算法被提出,但大多专门针对某一类型链路。提出了一种新的拥塞控制策略AVCP,试图以一种机制适应多种链路。基于可实现性的考虑,对新近提出的针对高带宽时延积网络的算法VCP进行改进,使之也适应无线链路,从而可以同时适应这2种最重要的新型链路。NS2仿真结果显示,新的方法在无线、高带宽时延积链路以及这2种链路混合的情况下具有良好的效果。
The traditional TCP congestion control algorithm has a poor performance in high bandwidth -delay product (HBDP) and wireless link. Although many congestion control algorithms are proposed, most of them are specially designed for a certain type of links. So a new congestion control strategy - AVCP is put forward for multi - type links. Based on the practice, the VCP protocol for high BDP link is improved to fit for wireless link. Then AVCP can be simultaneously well - suitable for these two important new links. Extensive ns2 simulation results show that the new algorithm performs well over HBDP, wireless and hybrid links.
