用MAX038实现与电网同步的三相正弦基准波

Design and Experiment of a Three-phase Sinusoidal Reference Circuit Synchronous with the Grid by using MAX038

获得与电网同步且失真度低的三相正弦波基准源是电力电子变换实践中的一项内容。结合电机学三相变压器应用中的时钟法和相位跟踪领域的锁相环技术,基于三相检测变压器组进行电网相位时钟变换,采用高精度波形发生器MAX038芯片,实现高品质的正弦波锁相,从而得到了与电网锁相同步的三相正弦波变换电路。概述了MAX038的基本特点、结构和原理;阐述了三相正弦基准波发生电路的设计思想;给出了相关电路构成;提供了相关实验测试结果。

To generate a low THD three-phase sinusoidal reference circuit synchronous with the grid is a basic content in the application of power Electronics.A kind of sin-wave generator circuit using MAX038 IC and detecting transformers based on the ＇clock＇ method and PLL theory was designed.These transformers could perform grid phase detection and ＇clock＇transformation,and the MAX038 IC could perform sine-wave generation based PLL theory.At first,the basic charac-ter,the configure and the working principle of MAX038 are summarized,then the idea of the study on the sinewave gener-ator circuit is described.Finally,the topology and the experimental results have been shown.
