摘要
采用全桥PWM变换器和有限双极性控制方法,设计了28V/400A软开关大功率直流电源。介绍了软开关控制方法的实现原理;分析了峰值电流模式控制方式的优点,并依此设计了均流电路;讨论了输出纹波电压的产生及降低方法。给出了主电路参数和实验结果。
The limited double pole control method of full-bridge PWM converter is presented.The 28V/400A soft switching DC power supply is designed according to mentioned method.The principle of soft switching and peak current mode control method are analyzed.The current sharing circuit is designed also.How to reduce the DC output voltage ripple is disscussed.The main circuit parameter and the experimental result are given at the end of this paper.
