摘要
在脉宽调制(PWM)逆变器中,输出变压器和交流滤波电感占体积重量的主要部分。为了减小输出变压器和交流滤波器的体积重量,提高逆变器的功率密度,高频化是主要发展方向之一。设计中利用具有DSP性能的高速芯片dsPIC30F1010,实现了载波频率为100kHz的高频三阶正弦波脉宽调制(SPWM)波形的调制,并针对dsPIC30F1010的输入捕捉功能、端口电平变化通知功能和高速A/D转换功能,设计并实现了参数采集电路和相关的反馈控制电路。据此搭建了500W的逆变器,采用环形变压器实现了电压的提升,实际运行情况良好,有着较好的输出电压波形,带负载时谐波含量THD最大仅为4.3%,最高效率可以达到92%。
The volume and weight of output transformer and AC filter of inductance take a great proportion in converter system bulk.In order to reduce the volume and weight of converter system and to enhance power density,the high frequency trend is one of development aspects.In the design the high-speed microchip dsPIC30F1010 with DSP performance was used to modulate high-frequency three-level SPWM with 100kHz carrier wave frequency,and the corresponding parameters collection circuitry by using input capture function,port change notice function; high-speed A/D convert function of dsPIC30F1010 was designed.Hereby a 500W inverter was fabricated,which is running well in practice and has a good output voltage waveform.Its maximal THD is 4.3% and the best power efficiency up to 92%.
