泡沫铝工程化生产中某些技术问题的探讨及对策 被引量:1

摘要 将泡沫铝实验室生产工艺扩大了几百倍,进行了工程化生产泡沫铝的试验,发现了一些在试验室阶段不太明显和没有遇到的问题,如泡沫铝无泡层过厚和泡沫铝内部产生大裂纹和空腔等问题,讨论了这些问题的形成原因与抑制措施. The production technology of closed-cell aluminum foam developed in laboratory was enlarged by hundreds of times in engineering experiment. Many serious problems, which were not obvious and not observed in labaratory experiment appeared during the production process in engineering experiment, for example the thick foamless floor, large cracks and cava inside the aluminum foam. The formation of such flaws and corresponding countermeasures are also discussed.
