摘要
以硼酸分解得到的B2O3为石墨化催化剂,研究了加热温度和B2O3添加量对沥青焦石墨化的影响.结果表明,添加质量分数为5%B2O3后,1 800℃时沥青焦的石墨化度为76.74%,而未添加B2O3试样的石墨化度为27%.利用热力学分析和X射线衍射等实验手段讨论了B2O3对沥青焦石墨化机理的影响.
With B2O3 decomposed from H3BO3 as catalyst, the effects of B2O3 addition and heating temperature on the graphitization of pitch coke were investigated. The results show that, after being heated at 1 800℃, the degree of graphitization of the sample with 5% B2O3 reached 76. 47%, while that of the sample without B2O3 was only 27%. The mechanism of catalytic graphitization was also studied by means of thermodynamic analysis and X-ray diffraction.
