行政执法活动是执法主体与外界相互作用的动态过程。行政执法环境,是指与行政执法活动相关的、直接或间接地影响或作用于行政执法活动的环境因素,它决定了执法的质量和效能。促进行政机关依法行政,要改善行政执法环境。

Administrative law enforcement is a dynamic processes of interaction of the law-enforced body and outside. Administrative law enforcement is concerned with the factors of correlated enviorrment which directly or indireclty influence the quality and effect. Promoting administrative organs to administrate the law must improve administrative ervironment.
