摘要
研究了遮阳条件下不同氮肥施用量对小白菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明:施氮量为150kg/hm2时,小白菜的产量达到最高,硝酸盐含量较低,且维生素C、可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量等营养成分均显著高于其他处理;综合各种因素,小白菜的最佳施氮量为150kg/hm2。
Chinese cabbage (Brassica campestris Linnaeus ssp. chinensis (L.) Makino) was planted under 57% shade at a spacing of 20 cm×25 cm, 60 plants each plot covering 3 square meters, and treated with 4 levels of nitrogen. A randomized block design was arranged with 3 replications. The results showed that the treatment with 150 kg/ha of nitrogen produced the highest yield of Chinese cabbage which contained rather lower nitrate but obviously higher Vitamin C, soluble protein and soluble sugar than other treatments. This treatment (150 kg/ha) is considered optimum for shelter cultivation of Chinese cabbage.
