摘要
利用蒸馏法和扩散法对海南省不同地区土壤样品中的水解性氮进行测定,并用标准(NH4++NO3-)-N液分别对这2种方法的回收率进行分析。结果表明,这2种方法测定土壤水解性氮的结果不存在显著差异,且达到了极显著的相关水平,回收率也都超过了97%。因此,在大批量测定土壤样品水解性氮时,用蒸馏法代替扩散法是可行的。
The hydrolysis (available) nitrogen content in soil samples of different regions in Hainan was mensurated by using the distillation and the diffusion processes, and the recovery rates of these two processes were analyzed separately by using the standard (NH4^++NO3^-)-N fluid in soil samples of the different regions. The results of the two processes mensurating the soil hydrolysis nitrogen were found not significantly different but highly significantly correlated, and these two processes had a recovery rate of more than 97%. It is therefore feasible to replace the diffusion process with the distillation in the mass mensuration of the soil hydrolysis nitrogen content.
