摘要
高斯光束发散角的测量有很多种方法,但对很小的发散角,如20μrad的发散角,一般都不易测量.为了测量这样小的角度,这里采用倒置的激光准直望远镜,对待测发散角先进行放大,然后测量.同时,分析了倒置激光准直望远镜的定位误差对发散角的放大率的影响,得出了用倒置激光准直望远镜测量微小高斯光束发散角的可行性结论.
Although there are many kinds of methods for measuring the divergence angle of a gause laser beam, it is not easy to measure the tiny angles such as an angle of 20μrad. To measure such a tiny angle, an inverse collimation telescope is used to magnify the divergence angle of a Gauss laser beam before measurement. At the same time, the influence of the orientation error of the inverse collimation telescope on the magnification of the angle is analyzed and the conclusion that it is feasible to use a inverse laser collimation telescope to measure the divergence angle of a tiny Gauss laser beam is made.
