基于模糊综合评价法的柳州市土地集约利用评价

城市土地集约利用最直接的要求就是高投入、高产出,同时要求城市用地结构的合理性及城市环境的适应性,是一个综合的、动态的概念。本文建立起多层次的土地利用评价指标体系,运用模糊综合评价的方法,对柳州市区及下辖6县的土地集约利用水平进行了综合的评价。同时提出了未来城市土地集约利用水平的合理化建议。
