我国目前对集体建设用地整理的研究尚处于起步阶段,不管在理论上,还是在实践中,都需要进一步探索。本文初步对大城市郊区集体建设用地整理的功能、途径进行了分析,并结合不同区域位置,对集约出的集体建设用地提出了自主使用型、上市开发型、指标置换型以及转为耕地型四种利用方式。
