摘要
为解决重型车削加工工艺的复杂性和多样性问题,利用专家知识与计算机软件VC++和SQLserver2000,建立重型车削加工工艺参数优化专家系统。首先对专家系统进行模型设计;然后依据一定的约束模型建立知识库;最后利用产生式和框架式相结合的知识表示方法,实现专家系统的各个模块功能。
For solving the machining complexity and variety of heavy-duty turning, the Processing Parameter Optimizing Expert System for heavy-duty turning Cutting is built by using experts' knowledge and computer software VC++ and SQL server 2000. Firstly, module design for the expert system are done. Secondly, the knowledge base is built according to certain constraint models. Finally, By using the information express method which combines producing type and frame type and combining SQL server 2000,VC++and by using the Reasoning mechanism, the functions of every module of the expert system are realized.
