摘要
完成主动锥齿轮总成装配后,测量凸缘的端面跳动和径向跳动,并记录合成跳动矢量的位置。在汽车总成装配过程将主减凸缘和变速箱输出轴凸缘配对安装,这样测量后配对安装可以有效地提高汽车传动系的传动质量,改善主传动系统的特性,延长主减速器零部件的寿命。
After assembling driving gear we measure the end face cycle run-out and radial cycle run-out arid recording the position of the resuhant vector. During finally assembly, assembling the main reducer's flange and the gearbox' flange reference each other,that can improve the assembly quality and the characteristic of the main drive system effectively,and extending the life of the reducer.
