三维CAD技术在SCARA机器人设计中的应用

The Application of 3D CAD Technique in the SCARA Robot Design

利用三维CAD技术进行机械设计具有直观、快捷、易修改的特点。文章分析了Inventer软件的技术特点,以及在SCARA机器人结构设计中创建三维零件的技巧,完成了对SCARA机器人进行三维造型及仿真运动分析。研究结果表明,在SCARA机器人设计中,充分应用三维CAD软件进行设计,可以提高设计的效率和开发水平。

The design of mechine by 3D CAD technique has the advantage of visual, speediness and easy modification, In this paper, the characteristic of Inventer software is investigated. The techniques for establishing 3D accessory in the structural design of SCARA Robot are discussed and analysed. The 3D configuration and analysis of emulate movement for SCARA Robot are carded out by Inventer software. The results show that the efficiency and level of the design may be improved by applying 3D CAD software sufficiently in the design of SCARA Robot.
