摘要
为了提高产品的售后服务质量和服务效率,提出了一种基于多Agent采用网络技术和现代通信技术进行产品售后服务的新型售后服务模式——网络化售后服务。研究了网络化售后服务系统的体系结构、工作流程及售后服务请求信息的任务指派与列队,并在理论研究的基础上开发了网络化售后服务原型系统,验证了网络化售后服务系统的可靠性、实用性和高效性。
Indoor to improve the quality and efficiency of after-sales service, presents a new mode of aftersales service, networked after-sales service,that base on the multi-agent technique, network technique and modem communications technique. The architecture and workflow of the networked after-sales service system were researched; the method of assign and rank of after-sales service information was studied. Base on these a prototype system of networked after-sales service was established and the security, practicability and high efficiency of it were proved.
