在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)存在下,以苯基荧光酮(PF)为显色剂,采用分光光度法测定了钢样中的微量铅。络合物的最大吸收峰位于580nm处,表观摩尔吸收系数ε580=1.43×10^5L/(mol·cm),铅含量在0~8μg/10mL范围内服从比尔定律。人工合成样平均回收率为98.48%,相对标准偏差为2.22%。测定了38CrMoAl钢样中的铅含量,回收率在95.13%~99.17%之间,加标平均回收率为96.92%,相对标准偏差为4.3%。
In the presence of cetrimonium bromide (CTMAB), trace Pb in steel sample was determined by spectrophotometry using phenylfluorone (PF) as colouring reagent. The maximum absorption peak of the complex was at 580nm. The molar absorption coefficient was 1.43)〈 10SL/(mol·cm). The Beer's law was obeyed over the range of 0-8 μg/10mL. The average recovery of artificial synthetic sample was 98.48% with RSD of 2. 22%. The recovery was 95. 13% -99. 17% for Pb content in 38CrMoAl. The average recovery of standard addition was 96.92 % with RSD of 4.3 %.
