摘要
利用自制的流动比色装置,基于碘酸根离子能与碘化钾反应生成碘并与淀粉生成蓝色络合物的原理,提出了一种双光束流动注射光度法测定加碘食盐中碘含量的方法。分析灵敏度比普通FIA法提高了1.7倍,进样频率为110~120次/h。本法可直接用于食盐样品中碘含量的分析,实验结果令人满意。
Based on the reaction of iodate with potassium iodide to produce iodine and the reaction of iodine with starch to form a blue complex, a method is proposed for the determination of iodine content in salt (added with iodine) by double beam FIA-Spectrophotometry. A self-made colorimetric device with light path of 10mm was used in the determination. The sensitivity of the method is 1.7 times that of ordinary FIA and the sampling frequency is 110-120/h. The iodine in salt samples was determined with satisfaction.
