A method for automatic renewal of immobilized enzyme in flow injection analysis

提出一种新型流动注射分析固定化酶的自动更新方法,采用移动柱塞和旋转柱塞两种形式实现更新。这种更新方法使流动注射分析能进行连续无人工参与的测量,缩短测量时间,提高系统的自动化水平和测试精度。

A method is presented to automatically renew the immobilized enzyme in flow injection analysis （FIA）. The renewing operation is realized by the up-and-down action or turning action of the pistons of immobilized enzyme reactors. Application of the new method makes it possible for the continuous measurement of FIA to be performed without human intervention. The measurement time is shortened and the repeatability is improved.
