摘要 用动态顶空进样气相色谱法测定水中四氯乙烯,影响因素繁多,测试条件一般是根据经验选择。本文使用正交方法对动态顶空进样的温度、时间、压力等11个因素进行了优化,确定了动态顶空进样气相色谱法测定水中四氯乙烯的最佳操作条件,用本法选择实验条件更加科学合理,测定结果更加可靠。 Since various factors may affect the determination of tetrachloroethylene in water by head space gas chromatography, the selection of operational conditions is generally based on experience. In this paper, orthogonal design was used for optimizing experimental conditions of head space gas chromatography. Eleven factors sach as temperature, time and pressure were optimized and optimal conditions were established for the determination of tetrachloroethylene in water. It is shown that the method is more scientific and reasonable for selection of operational conditions and the results are more reliable.
