摘要
研究了鱼腥草中天然防腐剂的提取方法和抑菌作用.结果表明,用食用乙醇提取鱼腥草中防腐物质的最佳提取工艺参数为:固液比1∶15、提取温度80℃,提取时间为10 h.鱼腥草醇提取物对试验用常见食品污染菌有较强的抑制作用,其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为:大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌均为6.25 g/L;金黄色葡萄球菌为12.5 g/L;汉逊氏酵母菌为25 g/L,黑曲霉及青霉等均为50 g/L.其抑菌活性pH范围,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌,4-7;汉逊氏酵母菌,4-6.
The method of extracting natural preservative in Houttuynia cordata Thunb. and its bacteriostasis are studied in this paper. The results show that the optimal technical parameter of extracting natural preservatives from Houttuynia cordata Thunb. by edible alcohol is that the ratio of solid to liquid is 1.15, temperature of extract is 80~C and time of extract is 10h. and that the alcohol extract of Houttuynia cordata Thunb. has strong inhibition effect on frequent pollution vaccine of laboratory food, the MIC is 6. 25 mg/mL for Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis, is 12.5 mg/mL for Staphlococcus aureus,is 25 mg/mL for Hansenula sp. , is 50 mg/mL for Aspergillus sp. and Penicillium sp. , the range of active pH is 4-7 for Staphlococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis , is 4-6 for Hansenula sp.
