政府对外贸易融资与发展企业跨国经营

Governmental Financing to FT and Development of Enterprises' Transnational Management

90年代以来,主要由工业国家提供的出口信贷出现了新的高速增长势头,表明对外贸易融资仍然是各国政府支持本国企业开拓国外市场的有力手段。本文通过分析认为,我国绝大部分企业处在试验性出口阶段或积极出口阶段,政府应充分运用融资手段,支持企业提高竞争能力及国外市场的占有率,促使企业有更大的兴趣和信心发展高层次的跨国经营。

Since the'90s,credit funds offered mainly by industrialized countries have rapidly increased,which shows foreign trade financing remains a powerful metros for each government to encourage its enterprises to open up overseas markets.By way of analysis this article finds out that most of the enterprises in China are still in a stage of experimental exportation or vigorous exportation.Therefore the government Should make full use of the means of financing to support them to strengthen their eompetitive ability and to expand their market share overseas.Only in this way can the enterprises increase their interest and confidence in developing into a higher level of transnational management.
