erbB4/HER4基因和乳腺癌
摘要
erbB4基因，又称HER4基因，是编码人第4个表皮生长因子受体（ HumanEpidermal- growth- factor- Re- ceptor4, HER4 ）的癌基因，该基因在正常的人体乳腺组织中有不同的表达，在乳腺癌组织中存在过度表达，提示该基因在乳腺癌的发生发展中起作用。
