摘要
目的探讨三氯化镧(LaCl3)对糖尿病大鼠胰岛B细胞保护及修复作用。方法将糖尿病SD大鼠随机分为:低剂量(0.01mg/kg,Lacl3)、中剂量(0.05mg/kg,LaCl3)、高剂量组(0.25mg/kg,LaCl3)及对照组,测定血糖及空腹血清胰岛素、C肽,治疗8周后取胰腺行透射电镜观察。结果治疗后8周低剂量组随机血糖降低6.04±2.01mmol/L,空腹血清胰岛素由15.86±2.12mIu/L升为25.99±5.62mIu/L,C肽由0.07±0.03ng/ml升为0.16±0.02ng/ml。对照组电镜见胰岛B细胞分泌颗粒减少或消失;低剂量组分泌颗粒密集。结论低剂量LaCl3可促进胰岛B细胞再生,修复胰岛B细胞功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of lanthanum chloride on the pancreatic islet B cells protection and repair of diabetic rats. Methods Experimental diabetic SD rats were randomly divided into low dose group(0.01mg/kg,Lael3), middle dose group(0.05 mg/kg, Lael3),high dose group(0.25mg/kg, Lael3) and control group,and blood glucose, serum fasting insulin and C peptide were detected re-spectively.Pancreas were extracted to perform electron microscopy observing after 8 weeks treatment.Results Random blood glucose were decreased by 6.04±2.01mmol/L,meanwhile C peptide were raised from 0.07±0.03ng/ml to 0.16±0.02ng/ml in low dose group af: ter 8 weeks treatment.The pancreatic islets atrophy and reduction were observed in control group, the secretory granules in pancreatic islet B cells decreased or even dissappeard in control group ,while intense in low dose group.Conclusion Low dose lanthanum chloride can oromote the regenesis of islet B cells,meanwhile reoair islet B cells.
