摘要
目的研究磁共振胰胆管成像对正常胰胆管树的显示及其各序列的成像特点。方法研究对象为40例无任何消化系统临床症状者。分别采用三种不同的磁共振胰胆管成像序列成像,详细对比分析影像结果,比较三种不同MRCP序列优缺点以及各自影像特点。在SSFSE单一厚层图像上测量胆总管的直径。结果1、SSFSE单一厚层及多层薄层对显示正常胰胆管系统无明显差异,二者均明显优于3DFSE(p<0.05)。2、MRCP上正常胆总管的直径为5.28±0.83mm,与相关文献报道的ERCP及B型超声上所显示的正常的胆总管的直径间无显著性差异(p>0.05)。结论SSFSE序列成像速度快,图像清晰,空间分辨率高,显示胰胆管系统与ERCP有密切的相关性,是目前较理想的MRCP序列。
Objective To evaluate the value of Magnetic Resonance Cholangiopancreatography(MRCP) and the features of multiple sequences with showing the normal pancreaticobiliary tree. Methods Forty cases with no symptom of digestive tract performed consecutively MRCP scan with the three kinds of sequences. All imagings were analyzed carefully and the advantages and disadvantages of the three kinds of sequences were compared. The diameter of the common bile duct (CBD) on the SSFSE single thick images was measured. Results 1. No significant difference was found between the single thick slice and multi-slice SSFSE sequences with showing the normal BCD and both of them were superior to 3DFSE sequence (p 〈0. 05). 2. No significant difference was found between the mean diameter of the normal CBD measured on the MRCP images (5.28±0.83ram)and ERCP. Conclusion MRCP plays an important role in the diagnosis of the bile duct obstructions and could take the place of ERCP.
