摘要
针对α-氰基丙烯酸酯粘合剂存在的一些缺陷,从合成原理、合成原料、合成工艺、改性方法等方面进行了探讨,确定了以1,3-二氯丙烷为脱水剂dehydrant、在pH值为8—10、反应温度为59.61℃的合成工艺条件,同时也讨论了丙烯腈-丁二烯橡胶(NBR橡胶)、聚甲基丙烯酸异丁酯(PIB-MA)等作为改性剂对其粘度和强度的影响。
The synthesis principle, material, modification etc. were discussed in this paper about α- cyanoacrylate adhesive. The best synthesis techique to get the more output is 1,3 - Dichloropropane as dehydrant, pH around 8 - 10, temperature around 59 -61℃, and influences of NBR, PIBMA on viscosity and strength were discussed.
