香菇中多糖的分离与检测 被引量:1

摘要 采用碱提取法,确立了香菇最佳提取条件:香菇与碱液比为1:10,温度为85.90℃及提取时间为6h。香菇经碱溶液提取、醇析、Savage法脱蛋白等步骤处理后得两份物质;再经分离纯化、纸层析测定单糖组成,紫外扫描测定多糖特征吸收峰及红外扫描测定糖苷键构型等实验,证实它们均为多糖,且为双糖。 Using the alkali extraction process, the best extraction condition of lentinan was established. The ratio of lentinus edodes to alkali lye is 1: 10, the temperture is 85 -90 ℃ and the extraction time is 6 hours. Two kinds of materials were gained after the alkaline solution extraction, the savage method deproteinization and so on steps of lentinus edodes, then through separation and purification, kinds of analysis and detection, the result confimed they are double sugar.
