摘要
试验探讨了低温下降低UASB处理食品加工废水出水挥发酸(VFA)的控制方法,为工程应用提供可靠的参数。试验中分别考察了碱度、微量金属元素、回流比对出水挥发酸的影响。结果表明:碱度的最佳投加量为2530 mg/L;微量金属元素以ZnCl2浓度计投量为3 mg/L时,对颗粒污泥有明显的激活作用;最佳回流比为100%。采用投加碱度、微量金属元素,回流等措施能有效的解决低温厌氧工艺出水VFA高的问题。
n this research , the controlling methods of high volatile acid of enfluent in low temperature period were discussed. The leading content of the experiment was decreasing volatile acid through adding all:alinity and trace metal elements and adopting the way of circturffluenee. The result showed that the best dose of alkalinity was 2530 rag/L; the best dose of trace metal elements was 3 mg/L(ZnC12) ; the best rate of eircumfluence was 100%. Through those methods the ,problem can be sovled.
