摘要
采用间接光度法测定甜蜜素的含量,即利用甜蜜素还原性与高锰酸钾的氧化性,在氢氧化钠介质中55℃条件下反应,定量的高锰酸钾与甜蜜素反应20 min后,用分光光度法测定剩余高锰酸钾的吸光度,由于甜蜜素与剩余的高锰酸钾的吸光度成线性关系,所以可以间接测定甜蜜素含量。
Indirect spectrophometric determination was camied out by postassium permanganate' s oxidation and sodium cyclamate' s reduction, in sodium hydroxide solutiom, a definite amoumt of potassium permanganate reacted with sodium cyclamate at 55 ℃ for 20 min. It was found that the potassium permanganate reaction proceeds quantitatively, and the absorbanee of the unreacted excess potassium permanganate in the solution can be taken as a measurement of the amount of sodium cyclamate present, because sodium cyclamate' s concentration was relative.
