镁矿废渣的表面改性研究及应用

摘要 研究了镁矿废渣的改性和在聚丙烯中的应用,包括偶联剂种类、废渣粒径、改性方法对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:KH-570的改性效果最好;1000目的填充效果优于325目,湿法改性后与PP的相容性好于干法改性;当粉料填充到聚丙烯的质量分数为40%时,其力学损失小,且氧指数达29.8%。 The modification of waste residue of magnesium mineral and its application in PP were introduced in this paper, the influences of the kinds of coupling agent, the particle diameter of waste residue, the methods of modification on complex materials' mechanics properties were discussed. The results showed that the best effect of modification was KH-570, the effect of filling with 1,000 item was better than 325 item, and its miscibility modification by Wet Process was better than Dry Process. When the quantity of powder filling into PP was 40 %, its loss of mechanics properties was less, and oxygen index was up to 29.8 %.
